The offices of Triangle Spine and Back Care Center and Back Builder Physical Therapy will be closed for the Labor Day Holiday on Monday, September 6th.

We will re-open at our normal business hours on Tuesday, September 7th.

William F. Lestini, MD, a fellowship-trained, board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon is at the helm of the longest-standing orthopedic spine practice in Raleigh, North Carolina. Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠ opened its doors January 1, 1989, and continues to be at the forefront in providing state-of-the-art spinal care for patients in the Southeast.

Dr. Lestini explains that, in most cases, people who sustain back injuries will recover without surgery. For this reason, Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠ has an on-site physical therapy department (Back Builder, a Divsion of Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠) to assist in non-surgical treatment options. There are, however, some injuries that do require surgery. In either case, Dr. Lestini’s leadership has made Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠ a regional center that provides non-operative and operative care for injuries such as spinal fractures, degenerative disc disease, spondylolisthesis, kyphosis, herniated and bulging discs, and sciatica.
