Beth Turner-PA-C

Beth Turner
Physician's Assistant-PA-C, MHS

Originally from Pfafftown, NC, Beth Turner joined the practice in February, 2006.

She graduated from East Carolina University with a Public Relations degree in 1999, and then again in 2002 with a BS in Physician Assistant Studies and a Masters in Health Science from Duke University. She practiced at East Carolina Orthopedics in New Bern, NC, until relocating to Raleigh in 2004 and has continued in orthopedics since.

She is a member of the North Carolina Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Academy of PA's. She was also a varsity basketball player during her undergraduate years at ECU in Greenville, NC. Beth was recently married in July, 2006 and currently resides in Raleigh with her husband.


Nicole Stein

Nicole Stein
FNP, APRN-BC

Nicole obtained her MSN at UNC-Chapel Hill in May of 2006.

Her previous experience includes 8.5 years of nursing experience in Neurotrauma ICU at Detroit Receiving Hospital in Detroit, MI and at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond, VA. Nicole also practiced for 5 years in the Neonatal Intensive Care Newborn Critical Care Center at UNC-Chapel Hill, Children's Hospital.

Nicole enjoys caring for orthopedic patients and practices in a holistic fashion.


Shannon Jones

Shannon Jones
Radiologic Technologist

Shannon joined Triangle Spine in June of 2006 after graduating from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Radiography.

While in school, Shannon did clinical rounds at Wake Medical Center, Duke Health Raleigh Hospital, Rex Hospital, Wake Radiology, and Raleigh Radiology.

Shannon has recently been married and has a four year old daughter.


Chris Sedei

Christine Sedei
Physical Therapist

Christine Sedei, a licensed Physical Therapist, is the director of "Back Builder" Physical Therapy of Triangle Spine and Back Care Center.

Chris graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and has been with Triangle Spine since 2004. Chris specializes in the McKenzie method to back and neck pain, as well as emphasizing a core strengthening approach to rehabilitation.

In 2005, a wellness program was started at Triangle Spine where Chris instructs Pilates and Cardio-kickboxing exercise classes.


Rebecca M. Glendy

Physical Therapist

Becky is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator with 15 years of experience.

She earned her physical therapy degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) in the Triangle area for 11 years.

At Triangle Spine & Back Care Center, FCE’s are performed by a Physical Therapist who is licensed to perform evaluations and not an Assistant, Athletic Trainer or a Technician.


Jamica McClammy

Jamica McClammy
Physical Therapist

Jamica graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2004 with a Master of Physical Therapy degree.

She has a background in orthopaedics and spinal rehabilitation as well as patient care across the lifespan.

Jamica enjoys educating patients and the community about wellness and injury prevention. She provides compassion and encouragement as her patients strive to reach their goal for a better quality of life.

William F. Lestini, MD, provides operative and non- operative treatments for all spinal conditions.
