Carla Cawthorn, RT (R)

Radiologic Technologist

Carla joined Triangle Spine in October 2007. She graduated from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science Degree in Radiography in May of 2007. 

While in school, Carla did clinical rounds at Wake Medical Center, Rex Hospital, Western Wake Hospital, and Raleigh Radiology. 

Carla grew up in Raleigh and is married and has a daughter and two sons.

Christine Sedei

Physical Therapist

Christine Sedei, a licensed Physical Therapist, is the director of Back Builder Physical Therapy, a Division of Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠.

Chris graduated from the University of Vermont in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy, and has been with Triangle Spine since 2004. Chris specializes in the McKenzie method to back and neck pain, as well as emphasizing a core strengthening approach to rehabilitation.

In 2005, a wellness program was started at Triangle Spine and Back Care Center℠ where Chris instructs Pilates and Cardio-kickboxing exercise classes.

Chris is married and has two sons.

Jade King

Surgery Scheduler
Workers' Compensation Coordinator

Jade joined Triangle Spine in May 2010. In addition to all surgery scheduling for Triangle Spine, Jade also is the Workers' Compensation Coordinator facilitating patient appointments with Nurse Case Managers and Adjusters.

Jade has a degree in Healthcare Administration with a minor in Business Administration from Western Kentucky University.  She grew up in a small town in Kentucky and moved to Raleigh shortly after graduating from WKU in 2008.

Kimber Roche, PA-C, MMS, RPh

Physician Assistant

Born into a military family, Kimber Roche, PA-C, MMS, RPh. was able to travel the world prior to beginning college at the University of Georgia, where she earned a BS in Zoology in 1993 and a BS in Pharmacy in 1997.  As a registered pharmacist in Georgia and North Carolina, she enjoyed a career in community pharmacy until 2009, when she decided to pursue a medical career at Wake Forest University School of Medicine PA studies program.  

Now a certified physician assistant, she is enjoying her new role combining her medical and pharmaceutical knowledge at Triangle Spine and Back Care Center.   She is a member of the NC Medical Society, NC Academy of Physician Assistants, the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Triangle Area Physician Assistants, the NC Association of Pharmacists and the American Pharmacists Association.

Rebecca M. Glendy

Physical Therapist

Becky is a Licensed Physical Therapist and Certified Functional Capacity Evaluator with 15 years of experience.

She earned her physical therapy degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She has been performing Functional Capacity Evaluations (FCE) in the Triangle area for 11 years.

At Triangle Spine & Back Care Center℠, FCE’s are performed by a Physical Therapist who is licensed to perform evaluations and not an Assistant, Athletic Trainer or a Technician.

Shannon Jones

Medical Assistant to Dr. Lestini
Procedure Scheduler

Shannon joined Triangle Spine in June of 2006 after graduating from Wake Technical Community College with an Associate of Science degree in Radiography.

While in school, Shannon did clinical rounds at Wake Medical Center, Duke Health Raleigh Hospital, Rex Hospital, Wake Radiology, and Raleigh Radiology.

Shannon is married and has three children.
