"I suffered with leg and lower back pain for three years. Pain was present everyday. My only relief was to sit or lie down. Most of the time I was gritting my teeth. The last six months before I elected to have surgery I would often experience sharp bolts of severe pain down my right leg that would almost make me fall.

I was up and walking the day after surgery and was pain free! A month after surgery I was walking three miles every other day. I can stand tall now and have returned to a normal lifestyle I experienced 5-10 years ago. I have not suffered any loss of flexibility or mobility and remain pain free now almost 6 months from my surgery.
I never felt pressured to submit to any particular test or treatment during my treatment by Dr. Lestini. I was impressed with the information and explanations of the pros & cons of possible treatment options. My surgery went well and my recovery is a testimony to his professionalism and skill as a spine specialist.
