"I thank God for Dr. Lestini recognizing my back problems and being able to provide relief due to an injury in 2005.
I went through shots and other types of treatment and physical therapy, but it did not give me any relief and my problems increased.
I was referred to Dr. Lestini to look at my back. Dr. Lestini recommended that I have several tests (MRIs, discogram). He advised me of the results and that I would be a candidate for an L5-S1 spinal fusion. I knew I had to have relief, so I discussed the surgery with my wife and we made a follow up appointment with Dr. Lestini to discuss the procedure.
Immediately after I had the surgery I could feel relief. When I saw Dr. Lestini after the surgery, I thanked him for “fixing” me. I went through physical rehabilitation therapy and followed Dr. Lestini’s recommendations word for word. I then went to Back Builders Physical Therapy once a month to make sure I was on the right course of treatment. I am doing good, walking up to three miles a day. I look forward to living a productive life again.
I am glad that Dr. Lestini was my surgeon and to know he is a Christian means a lot to me. I am thankful that he is a doctor who conducts all tests before determining his course of action and the best procedure for you.
In addition, I would add that the staff, Physician Assistant and Nurse Practitioner were all superb and I very much appreciate their love for their patients, and their kindness and support."
