The physical therapy I received from Christine Sedei (physical therapist) in the Back Builder Center was outstanding. In my case, no operation was needed and Dr. Lestini recommended that I try physical therapy. My problems included numbness in the bottom of my feet, and some minor pains in other places.
Chris did an initial evaluation and immediately zeroed in on the exercises and stretches that I needed. I actually felt noticeably better in a couple of days and continued to improve over time, now feeling better than I have in a long time. Chris is very skilled, enjoyable to work with, a very good listener, and excellent at demonstrating and teaching how to perform physical therapy routines.
Initially I was reluctant to try physical therapy based on my prior experience at another place where my physical therapy sessions were a waste of time. Unlike that experience, sessions with Chris were highly productive and informative. I plan to continue the exercises and stretches, at home, for the rest of my life to maintain the good feeling of flexibility and mobility. Thanks to Chris for teaching and motivating me!
